Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy from The Bag Archives PH, an online shop operated by Jericho D. Delas Armas and Lan Christopher D. Delas Armas. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Returns & Refunds and Shipping policies, which form part of these terms.
About our products
We sell authentic Coach bags sourced from Coach Outlet. Every item is described as accurately as we can manage, and photographs are of the actual stock wherever possible. Colours can look different between screens.
We are an independent reseller. The Bag Archives PH is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or connected to Coach, Tapestry, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries. All brand names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the goods we offer for resale.
Prices
All prices are in Philippine Pesos and include any applicable taxes. Shipping is charged separately and is shown to you at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.
How an order is made and accepted
When you check out, we place a temporary hold on the item so nobody else can buy it while you pay. That hold expires if payment is not completed, and the item returns to stock.
Your order is confirmed only once we receive your payment. Until then, adding an item to your cart or starting checkout does not reserve it for you permanently and does not create a contract of sale.
Because we hold very small quantities — often a single piece — an item can sell out while you are checking out. If we cannot fulfil your order after you have paid, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Payment
Payments are processed by PayMongo. You can pay using the methods shown at checkout, including GCash, Maya, cards and QR Ph. We never receive or store your card or e-wallet credentials — see our Privacy Policy.
Delivery
We ship nationwide and offer meet-ups in the area shown on our Shipping Policy, which sets out current couriers, fees and dispatch times. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains when we replace or refund an item. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Philippine law.
Your responsibilities
Please give us a complete and correct delivery address and a contact number that reaches you. We are not responsible for a delivery that fails because the details you gave us were wrong or nobody was available to receive it, though we will always try to help sort it out.
Our liability
We are responsible for delivering the item you ordered, in the condition described. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the Philippine courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
