Shipping Policy

We ship nationwide across the Philippines, and offer meet-ups in Cainta, Marikina, Pasig.

Shipping fees

The exact fee for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Courier and dispatch

Shipped by our partner courier. Dispatched within 1-2 business days of confirmed payment. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the courier and your location — typically a couple of days within Metro Manila and longer for provincial addresses.

We will send you tracking details once your parcel is on its way.

Delivery addresses

Please give us a complete address and a contact number the courier can reach. If a delivery fails because the address was incomplete or nobody was available, the courier will usually attempt redelivery; repeated failed attempts may mean the parcel is returned to us, and a re-send will need another shipping fee.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel does not arrive, or arrives damaged, tell us — see our Returns & Refunds Policy for how to make a claim. Filming yourself opening the parcel makes a courier damage claim far easier to win, so please do it if you can.

Meet-ups

Meet-ups are free and arranged by message once your order is confirmed. Please bring your order reference.
